Community Guidelines

blog teamWelcome to Sense and Centsibility!

The guidelines listed below offer a brief overview of what it means to be an active part of our blog. As a follower, you have the opportunity to “hear” from—and respond to—a variety of contributors throughout this blog. While these voices are integral to the diverse culture that infuses our organization, please note that any views expressed are the blog contributors alone, and do not necessarily reflect those of LSS Financial Counseling.

Please be respectful and aware of the diversity of opinions that will be shared within our blog. Any comments posted to our blog should be mindful and relevant to the overall topic being discussed.

All comments will be reviewed by us before being posted. Comments that are inflammatory, insulting, off-topic, spam or contain personal attacks, offensive language, private or confidential information, threatened or actual litigation or otherwise in violation of our guidelines will be permanently removed.

Please do visit us often. Our writers are fast paced and dynamic and our goal is to post something new every day (Monday through Friday). The financial world is constantly changing–from scams to new products to critical information, Sense and Censtibility will be here to share with you what we know.

Please do share our posts with others. We can’t always reach everyone that needs help and our number one goal will always and forever be to educate and be a safe place that offers sound financial guidance.

Please do ask questions. If you read something that you don’t understand, ask us. We plan to feature readers’ questions, and the answers on a regular basis. Click on financialcounseling@lssmn.orgto send us your questions. Prefer to stay anonymous? Not a problem! Just let us know.

Please don’t attack an individual, group or organization. We understand that conversations can get super heated when discussing finances and often that anger can be directed at a specific organization. This is a forum for learning, not for airing grievances or slinging insults.

Please don’t stray off topic. When posting your comment, stick to the subject at hand. If you have a question about a topic, feel free to send it to us by emailing financialcounseling@lssmn.org.

Please remember by posting comments to our blog you agree to these guidelines. Moreover, if you participate in our blog on behalf of your employer, organization or company, they are also bound to these terms. If you encounter a comment that you feel violates our terms, please let us know.

Lastly, Join the conversation! You make this blog exciting!
